Course Information Club details and course guide Address, facilities, membership and information about the course.
Romanby Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole parkland course set near Northallerton in the North Yorkshire countryside. Opened in 1993, the course features a spacious modern layout with mature woodland, water hazards and views towards the surrounding hills.
The par-72 course provides a varied test, with several ponds and streams influencing club selection from both the tee and fairway. Wider landing areas give golfers opportunities to play positively, but poorly positioned drives can leave difficult approaches into greens protected by water, bunkers and natural contours.
Romanby rewards steady ball striking and sensible course management rather than relying on length alone. Alongside the main course, the club also offers a covered floodlit driving range and a six-hole academy course, making it suitable for established players, beginners and golfers looking to practise before their round.
