You can use FootWedge to record your golf and practise. Junior profiles start private. We do not publish your age group, home club, live location or GPS paths to other golfers.

If you are under 13

FootWedge is currently available to ages 13 and over. Under-13 registration and approval-email requests are closed. We do not collect a nickname or parent email through those forms while requests are closed. Existing accounts and age corrections retain their protections; contact us for help.

What your parent can do

Your linked parent can approve friends, reset your password, withdraw permission and delete your junior account. Resetting a password lets them control access to your account, so they may be able to see your saved golf records. We do not offer hidden live-location monitoring. You can see that family controls apply when signed in.

Sharing with friends

You can select individual completed scores and earned achievements in sharing choices, then choose Friends only in settings. Only those selected scores and achievement names are shared with accepted friends; course names, dates and the rest of your golf record stay private. Under-13s also need their parent's permission for each friend. Public profiles are unavailable for juniors. Live and group sharing that reveals where or when you play is unavailable on junior accounts; you can still record your own rounds privately.

Location on your own device

Location tools are optional. Start them only when you want to use them, and stop them when finished. Device permission is required. Private GPS records stay with your account and are included in account deletion. A map provider may receive device and network information needed to deliver the map; see the main privacy notice.

Tracking and messages

Optional third-party analytics, embedded tracking videos and marketing are disabled for junior accounts. Essential account and safety messages may still be sent. Approved connections do not permit access to private location data.

Ask for help or change your mind

Use Block or report for unwanted contact or a concern. Use the Privacy Centre to export or delete your data. Reports are visible to authorised FootWedge administrators. Closed safety reports and completed age reviews are normally removed after 180 days; pending requests and open reports are kept while they are being handled. Account deletion removes or anonymises linked records.

If your age group is wrong, request a review in Safety. We will not automatically make your profile public or silently remove parental controls. Contact privacy@footwedge.co.uk if you need help, including concerns about parental access.
